Ordering Process

All orders must be placed through our website. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate to avoid any delays.

Production and Shipping

Our print-on-demand items are usually produced within 10-15 business days. Please note that larger orders may require additional fulfillment time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Shipping times may vary based on location and selected shipping method.

If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming the correct address.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Design Submissions:

No Art Proofs Provided: We do not offer art proofs. Please ensure that your submitted designs are high-resolution, clear, and have a transparent background. Acceptable file formats include PDF, AI, or PNG.

Printing Methods: We utilize high-quality printing methods, including heat-applied transfers and embroidery.

What is Halftoning?

Halftoning is a way to print images with lots of tiny dots or lines, which helps create smooth gradients or photos on fabric. This technique is used for designs that have gradients or shading.

What You Need to Do

• Submit High-Quality Files: Your design should be high resolution (at least 300 DPI) to make sure the details show up clearly.
• Review Your Design: If your design has gradients or shading, it will be printed with halftones. Please check the design preview carefully before confirming it for printing.

How Halftone Affects Your Design

• Small Dots or lines & Spaces: The halftone process may make small details look a little softer or less sharp. This is normal, but we do our best to keep your design looking great!
• Artwork Colors: Solid colors usually don’t need halftoning, but gradients or photo-like images will. If something in your design doesn’t look great with halftones, we may ask you to adjust it.

4. How Fabric Affects the Print

• Light vs. Dark Fabrics: Halftones usually show up more clearly on lighter fabrics, but may be more subtle on darker fabrics.
• Print Placement: Avoid placing designs near seams or curves, as halftones may look different or distorted in those areas.

5. No Refunds for Halftone Issues

Once you approve your design, including the halftone effects, we cannot offer refunds for issues related to how the halftone looks. So, make sure to review your design carefully before you approve it!

Care Instructions:

Garment Care: For the best results, wash garments inside and out in cold water with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener. Dry on a low heat setting or hang dry. If ironing is necessary, do so inside out on the lowest setting, avoiding the printed areas.

Mug Care: For optimal maintenance, we recommend washing ceramic mugs by hand.
