If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming the correct address.

Design Submissions:
No Art Proofs Provided: We do not offer art proofs. Please ensure that your submitted designs are high-resolution, clear, and have a transparent background. Acceptable file formats include PDF, AI, or PNG.

Halftone and Rasterization process:
We wanted to inform you about important considerations regarding rasterization and halftone in the t-shirt printing process. We prioritize transparency in our t-shirt printing process. Please be advised that rasterization may affect the final appearance of your design. Rasterization converts vector graphics into a grid of pixels, which can lead to a loss of clarity and detail, particularly with intricate designs. We encourage you to review your artwork closely and consider the resolution to ensure your expectations align with the final printed product. Care Instructions:
Garment Care: For the best results, wash garments inside and out in cold water with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener. Dry on a low heat setting or hang dry. If ironing is necessary, do so inside out on the lowest setting, avoiding the printed areas.
Mug Care: For optimal maintenance, we recommend washing ceramic mugs by hand.
