Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Sorry! We do not offer any returns or refunds or exchanges at this time . ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All of our items are custom made at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have status processing and completed payment.

Wrong Address

If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping

DRM TEES Only Ship orders in the U.S.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped though UPS, or USPS.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 

10-15 Business Days

Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 

Our fulfillment averages don’t account for the time an order might be put on hold. 

Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 10-15 business days.

Does DRM Tees provide art proofs?

DRM Tees does not provide art proofs as part of its ordering process. All images and designs must be clear, high resolution and with a clear background. How you send the images is how it will come out. When uploading your logo, ensure your file are prepared correctly (PDF, AI, PNG).

Are there any specific care instructions?

• Wash garment inside out and wash in cold water using mild detergent with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
• Do not use bleach
• Do not use Fabric Softener
• Dry on low heat setting or hang dry
• If ironing is necessary, iron inside- out on the lowest setting. Never iron on the printed area directly.
• Wash ceramic mugs by hand for best results
