Welcome to DRM TEES! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality custom apparel. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase:
Return & Refund Policy:
All Sales Final: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once payment has been processed.
Custom Orders: Items are made specifically to your order specifications at the time of purchase; hence, refunds are not issued for orders marked as processing.
Shipping Information:
U.S. Shipping Only: Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States using UPS or USPS.
Incorrect Address: The shipment will be returned to our facility if an insufficient address is provided. Customers will bear the cost of reshipment after confirming a corrected address.
Fulfillment Details:
Fulfillment Time: Our fulfillment time ranges from 10-15 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time. Large orders may require additional fulfillment time.
Design Submissions:
No Art Proofs Provided: DRM TEES does not offer art proofs. Ensure submitted designs are clear, high resolution, and have a transparent background. Files should be in PDF, AI, or PNG format.
Printing Methods: Heat-applied transfers and Embroidery
Care Instructions:
Garment Care: Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Dry on a low heat setting or hang dry. If ironing is needed, do so inside-out on the lowest setting, avoiding the printed areas.
Mug Care: For best results, wash ceramic mugs by hand.
